Today we would like to share one awesome case we had as a game development company. It will possibly, be interesting for you if your dream is also to promote business without enormously hard efforts. We promise, no complex marketing campaigns or paid advertising. Just building communications and finding like-minded people — you don’t need to spend a lot of money to get noticed. So, now, step-by-step, from how we took on a small project to create an app — to the time when the King of Spain played our game. Let’s get into it!
About HitBerry Games
HitBerry Games is a mobile games development studio founded in 2017. Since then it has been engaged in global mobile development in various genres: from shooters and fighters to hyper-casual and NFT games.
We started just like everyone else, with small projects, investing more and more in the quality of our product and understanding what the current market needs. The first question you should ask yourself is “How can we help?”. Whether you’re making games or sport equipment, any successful business is looking for demand and meeting it.
Many clients dream to create a product that is modern and competitive. Games are the most obvious choice. They have sketches of their game ideas that we help turn into reality. If a client wants to create games for iOS, Android, PC, Xbox, etc, or to make an advergame for their brand, then we will guide them through all stages of the project: from calculating the price — to a successful release.
The HitBerry Games portfolio consists of 48 successful projects and 17 happy clients, including the case with Ameria AG we’d like to tell you about.
How we started cooperation with Ameria AG
AMERIA is a recognized technology company that develops digital marketing and sales solutions for corporations such as HARIBO, MediaSaturn, and Porsche.
They also specialize in products and consulting, mobile field force management applications, and mobile and web devices. AMERIA AG creates digitalized spaces and provides an opportunity to collect data about the impressions of offline clients. Their goal is to “combine the analogue and digital worlds to create fascinating customer experiences and offer companies unique added value.”
They wrote to us and offered to develop some games for one of these conferences. It was an inspiring challenge and we accepted the offer!
Games for the conferences
At the request of AMERIA AG, we have created a total of 5 games. In the beginning, the plan was smaller, but we bet on the quality of the apps and it worked to continue a successful collaboration. We were ordered a few more games, which later appeared at the conferences. So, a little about the events and the games that we are most proud of.
Avatar Dress Up
Avatar Dress Up is a touch-free fashion simulator. With the latest advancements in online platforms, the realm of the digital world allows individuals to embrace alter egos. Avatar Dress Up does the same. As your connection deepens with your virtual persona, you naturally desire a distinctive and stylish appearance for it. In pursuit of this goal, we have introduced innovative shop boxes designed exclusively for avatars, enabling players to purchase real-time skins and outfits. A user can even preview the items before making a purchase, ensuring complete satisfaction.
HitBerry Games has developed cutting-edge software that seamlessly integrates the functionalities of online avatars with touch-free technology, revolutionizing the shopping experience. The process is remarkably simple — approach the stand, make your selection, and complete the transaction effortlessly using the screen and NFC capabilities of your mobile device. This integration streamlines the shopping journey and makes it more convenient than ever.
Basketball Drop
Basketball Drop is another touch-free game of concentration and fun. It was also created for PC and presented on ISE 2023. It is a sports simulator.
The user is immersed in a neo-futuristic aesthetic and is accompanied by captivating visual effects and a dynamic soundtrack. To play the game, the player should choose the hoop on the screen that is more suitable for the main hand. After a short tutorial, the balls are spamming inside the basket and the player has half a minute to score as many balls into the hoop as possible. With the newest technology, the game responds to the player’s motions and hand position. The ball can be held when the hand is making a holding gesture, and while we are moving the ball around the field, we can release it by releasing our fingers.
Balanced Run
Balanced Run is a good example of in-game advertising or gamification marketing. It was created for our valued partners Progress One as a part of the LearnTech 2023 conference.
In Balanced Run, the goal of the player is to help the athlete complete a certain distance using knowledge about nutrition and energy intake. By providing the athlete with a variety of foods, players can replenish the runner’s energy and propel him forward. However, care must be taken when it comes to high-calorie foods, as they can oversaturate an athlete’s energy reserves.
How the King Felipe VI of Spain played our game
Basketball Drop, Avatar Dress Up, and 3 other games were collaborations with AMERIA AG and became exhibits of the ISE 2023 conference, details of which you can find in the company profile. The next game was remembered by the royal and other participants for its design and unique presentation of the gesture control feature.
Electrified Rush is a touch-free racing game in the genre of arcade. The player takes the role of a driver Black to collect the Ameria coins on the track. While doing so, the player can read on the boosters like trampling and speed booster that will help the player collect even more items in the limited time.
Thanks to the touch-free technology player can control the car with their hands literally in the air. The wheel is reacting to hand motions to go right and left, as well as accelerate.
The game was created for the eLorean project for AMERIA AG and presented at the ISE (Integrated Systems Europe) 2023 in Barcelona. The list of the conference gestures included Mike Blackman (Managing Director ISE), Michael Freter (Sr. Director Sales & Marketing ISE), Vincent Piarou (Europ. Business Dev. Manager, Samsung Electr.), Sven Beinlich (Int. Key Account Director, Philips Pros. Displays Sol.), and King Felipe VI of Spain.
The guests got acquainted with touch-free and gesture-control technologies with the help of Electrified Rush and other games from the conference. We were very happy to hear that such respected people enjoyed our game! This gives inspiration and pushes us to develop further!
